Terms and Conditions
- 6 Month Warranty is offered to all our brand-new units sold including workmanship and components to the original purchaser that if any defects in materials or workmanship appears during the first (6) month of the original owner, CR Brilliant Enterprise at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective part or parts with no charge to the owner. This warranty does not include cloth or wood top (playing surface) or to slate. Should any defect of materials or workmanship appear during the first (6) months of the original owner whose signature appears on this document or invoice sent out to and whomever signature appears upon acceptance of delivery on the invoice. Notice of such defect should be forwarded immediately to the dealer or from whom the product was purchased. Parts deemed to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced and returned prepaid by conventional surface freight. Any cost or charges required to disassemble, prepare for return and reassemble will be sole responsibility of the owner. Replacement of repair of defective parts shall constitute complete fulfilment of the all obligations with respect to the product.
The above warranties do not apply in case of defects judge by CR Brilliant Enterprise to have occurred as a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alterations, misuse, abuse or neglect of parts affected, to products used as floor models or demonstrators, or to products used in institutional or commercial locations. This warranty does not imply replacement of the entire product but does cover replacement or repair of proven defective parts.
CR Brilliant Enterprise obligation hereunder is voided if the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than an authorize dealer or factory approved agent.
The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. CR Brilliant Enterprise neither assumes nor authorize any person to assume for CR Brilliant Enterprise any obligation or liability in connection with said product. This warranty is not transferal by the original owner. - Refurbished or Reconditioned pool tables this warranty does not imply to and does not carry no such warranties.
